Molly Beckert is a human capital consultant helping organizations to select, manage and develop their talent. She began her career as a Master’s level psychologist providing therapy for individuals and groups to improve their lives. She also conducted psychological evaluations and provided training to both clients and colleagues utilizing Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and other personality assessments. She has over 15 years of experience working in industrial/organizational psychology supporting corporate human resources including talent acquisition, talent management, selection & assessment, and learning & development. During that time, she provided coaching and development solutions to managers in various capacities. Most recently, she has been working as an independent talent management and human capital consultant servicing both private and non-profit organizations. She has several certifications including the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Center for Creative Leadership’s 360-degree assessment suite. She is also licensed as a Licensed Psychological Associate.
Jeanie P. Duncan is President and Founder of Raven Group, a business that focuses on organizational change and leadership development in the nonprofit sector. She is also lead consultant for TransitionGuides, a national firm working with nonprofit clients to lead efforts in sustainability and succession planning, executive transition, and search. Committed to professional excellence, Jeanie is a frequent speaker, trainer, workshop facilitator, and author of numerous published articles related to nonprofit management and leadership and serves on the faculty for the Center for Creative Leadership. Jeanie brings specialized expertise in a suite of individual and organizational assessments including: the Center for Creative Leadership’s suite of 360-degree feedback assessments, Influence Style Indicator, Change Style Indicator, Change Readiness Gauge, 4MAT 4Business Learning Type Measure, and Organization Workshop. Jeanie holds a BA in Communication Studies, a Certificate in Non-Profit Management from Duke University, and coaching certifications from both the Coaches Training Institute and the International Coach Federation.
Dr. Kathy Frazier has 11 years of managerial and clinical experience as a doctoral level psychologist. She earned her doctorate in Counseling and Human Development. Currently, Kathy provides consultative services to include assessment, life coaching, executive coaching, and training development. She is an adjunct professor at Guilford Technical Community College teaching psychological assessment and counseling theories. Additionally, Kathy is certified in the John C. Maxwell program as a speaker, trainer and coach focusing on increasing influence, effective communication, leadership development, and organizational success. She is a certified facilitator of the Center for Creative Leadership’s suite of 360-degree feedback assessments. Kathy served in the U.S. Army as an officer and psychologist and her professional experience includes serving as the Chief of the Clinical Psychology Service at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Fort Campbell, KY. She also served as the Director of Psychology for the Cape Fear Medical System-Behavioral Health Care.
Gary Estes is
a Senior Organizational Development Consultant and Leadership Coach
dedicated to helping managers and leaders improve their organizational
performance and leadership effectiveness. He has over 17 years of
experience working with organizational leaders and managers in the areas
of management and leadership development, leadership coaching, team
development, culture change, and enhancing the coaching ability of
managers. Through his organizational interventions and coaching
engagements, his client-centered approach has enabled Gary to build
relationships of trust, loyalty and repeat business. Gary’s
certifications include; 1) Certified Leadership Coach, 2) Center for
Creative Leadership’s 360-degree Assessment Suite Certified Facilitator,
and 3) Certified Hogan Assessment Facilitator.

Dr. Gittens holds a Master Degree in Public Administration from Virginia Tech and a Doctorate of Education from The George Washington University with research focus on leadership and organizational development. He is an adjunct management professor in Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business, teaching courses in Strategic Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, and Change Management for both the Professional MBA and Executive MBA programs.
